Your satisfaction is our goal. Here you can read how we process complaints, exchanges or returns.

You can return the goods to us without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

After receiving the goods, we will immediately send the money back to your bank account.

The goods must not be damaged, used in any way (including testing) and must not be washed.

Method:

  1. Print and fill out the return form
  2. Pack the products you want to return in a box and attach the completed form to them
  3. Take the package to any branch of Zásilkovna and report the number 99993448

By law, you have a 24-month claim period for goods.

Claims do not apply to normal wear and tear, which is associated with the nature of the products.

In the event of a recognized complaint, we will immediately exchange the product for a new one or refund your money.

We will refund you the price for the complete order incl. postage.

If the ordered size does not fit you, you can send the product back to us and order a new one in the correct size.

In fact, the exchange will not take place, but we will refund you the money for the original order and you can order the goods again.

If you change the entire order, we will refund the postage.

If you are only exchanging a part, then we will refund you only for the returned products.

We do not calculate the amounts against each other, we will refund you the full price and you will classically order the goods again, incl. choice of carrier and payment method.

This way we speed up the "exchange" process and it is impossible for the new products to sell out between sending back and receiving.

Whether you want to claim or return the goods, always take the package to any branch of Zásilkovna and report the number 99993448.

For a better check, please also attach the invoice with the circled products you are returning to the form.

If it is a complaint, we will handle it within the second day of receipt of the package - the claimed goods will then be back with you within 3 working days of receipt.

If the claimed goods are no longer available, we will contact you to choose an alternative.

Refunds are made within 14 working days of receiving the goods back.
