Protection of personal data
BASIC SUMMARY
The company Organic Home, s.r.o. processes your personal data because it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract with you (or for the implementation of measures taken before the conclusion of such a contract), and further processes your personal data, which is necessary for the fulfillment of the public obligations of this company. Processing also takes place on the basis of legitimate interest.
1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT INFORMATION OF ADMINISTRATORS

1.3. The administrator has not appointed a personal data protection officer.
2. LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the following:
2.1.1. the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller or for the implementation of measures by the controller before the conclusion of such a contract in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as the "regulation");
2.1.2. processing is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations that apply to the administrator, in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) regulation, specifically the fulfillment of obligations imposed on administrators by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended, Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on taxes from of income, as amended, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on accounting, as amended,
2.1.3. the administrator's legitimate interests in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) regulation, in particular the interest in improving the services provided by the administrator. On the basis of legitimate interest, commercial communications are also sent to persons who are customers of the controller, unless they indicate that they do not wish to receive communications when creating an order,
2.1.4. consent to the processing of personal data in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) regulation, especially in cases where you subscribe to business communications and are not a customer of the controller.
3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is the fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller or the execution of measures by the controller before the conclusion of such a contract, as well as the fulfillment of related public law obligations by the controller. Processing on the basis of legitimate interest is carried out for the purpose of improving the administrator's services and spreading awareness about the administrator.
3.2. There is no automated individual decision-making by the administrator in the sense of Article 22 of the Regulation.
4. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations from the contract, as well as for the time necessary for the purposes of archiving according to the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than for the period determined by generally binding legal regulations.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing technical services for the administrator in accordance with the instructions of the administrator (processors of personal data), including software operation and data storage, and persons providing transportation of goods for the administrator.
5.2. Recipients of your personal data for the fulfillment of obligations arising from legal regulations may also be financial administration authorities or other relevant authorities in cases where the administrators impose generally binding legal regulations.
5.3. The administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under the conditions set out in the regulation, you have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data. that an objection will be raised against the sending of commercial messages, the administrator will always comply with this objection and stop sending commercial messages. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, but this withdrawal does not affect the processing carried out before the withdrawal. Detailed information on rights is available in Articles 15 - 22 of the Regulation.
6.2. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the regulation, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6.3. You are not obliged to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract, and without the provision of your personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it on the part of the administrator.
