Current status of the order
We will immediately inform you about each step of the order via your registered e-mail. Once we have delivered the shipment to the carrier, you can monitor its current status through their website or application.

Change / cancel order
Have you changed your opinion on the color, size or need to adjust the delivery address? If we have already accepted your order, the goods are probably being prepared and will be on the way soon. Write to us and we will try to solve everything according to our possibilities.
Depending on the terms and conditions, you can of course return the goods or exchange them for another within 14 days.

How do we pack?
Bed linen is always gift-wrapped in fine satin paper, which is decorated with a beautiful ribbon. We prepare the goods for you with the greatest care so that you feel pampered right from the unpacking. In addition, at the bottom of the package you will find a canvas bag made of organic cotton as a gift.

Shipping and payment

How can I pay for my order?
Bank card online - the fastest way, we send the goods immediately after payment.
Bank transfer - we send the goods immediately after the payment is credited to our account.
Cash on delivery - you pay for the order upon receipt from the courier.

All payment methods are free of charge.

Who will deliver the goods to me? have the goods delivered?

What is the delivery time of the goods?

The goods are in stock
We will send your package on the way immediately after receiving the payment. It is usually at your home within 3 working days.

The product is currently not in stock
If you like goods that we do not currently have in stock, write to us and we are already looking after everything. We will let you know as soon as the goods are back in stock.

Goods on order
Do you have special wishes for you? Contact us and we will come up with everything together. We sew bed linen as standard in the sizes listed on the e-shop. We sew other dimensions to order. For custom sewing, it is not possible to return the goods without giving a reason. Only if the goods show manufacturing defects.

We charge an additional CZK 50 for every 10 cm.


What is bed linen made of?
Givili bed linen comes from 100% organic cotton and is GOTS certified. We care about real quality and ecology in production. We care about Fair Trade trade.

Can I see the goods and touch them in person?

How to take care of your bedding to make you happy in a few years?

  • Before you immerse yourself in the realm of dreams with a new bedding, don't forget to wash it at least once . You will know the difference firsthand.
  • Wash the sheets with the same or similar colors. This is the only way to make sure they still look beautiful.
  • To maintain quality and softness, we recommend washing at 40 °C
  • Don't use bleach when washing linens.
  • We do not recommend putting bed linen in the dryer. If there is no other option, choose a gentler program with a lower temperature.
